Paula Abbandonato

PR Director

Paula is one of the grand old ladies of PR at the tender age of 40, and was the first woman in Wales to set up a PR and marketing consultancy. With all those years’ experience, comes the ability to do a thing or two in the PR world, from public affairs and community relations to strategic PR management and very clever creative initiatives. She’s a huge fan of the self-help books and makes a habit of walking barefoot over hot coals.

Clare Birt

Marketing Director

Clare's sporting and business hero is ex-Olympic athlete Roger Black. He lives by the mantra, 'in sport and business life, you've got to know your destination… or you can end up anywhere'. Clare’s a planner, and sees her role as identifying ‘the destination’ with clients and finding the 'best route to a safe and successful arrival'. As joint founder of Vibe, and with over 20 years' marketing experience, she’s still passionate about finding creative marketing solutions and loves to explore with clients the plethora of promotional opportunities available.

Shokat Babul

Chairman of International Business Development

Shokat’s CV is actually too long to fit on this website. He comes from a family of entrepreneurs and successful industrialists with a long history and tradition of social investment. Shokat has served on the boards of many private, voluntary and public organisations. He has travelled extensively around the world and continues to maintain a keen interest in human development. His activities have spanned the UK, Eastern and Western Europe, East and Southern Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, South and East Asia and North America.
